PENGARUH KONFLIK PEKERJAAN-KELUARGA
TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTIONS DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

ABSTRACT
This study examines the
influence of work family conflict on two dimension, first work interfering with
the family (WIF) and family interfering with work (FIW) on turnover intentions
with job satisfaction as a intervening variable. Turnover intentions may arise
through unjob satisfaction and work family conflict.
This research uses the empirical
with convenience sampling technique in the data collection. Data were collected
using a survey on 97 auditor respondent in Indonesian audit firm. Data were
analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with program Smart PLS
(Partial Least Square).
The result of five hypothesis (H1a,
H1b, H2a,
H2b and
H3) that have been proposed two hypothesis (H1a,
and H3) are accepted; there is influence of work
interfering with the family (WIF) on job satisfaction, and there is influence
of job satisfaction on turnover intentions. The three hypothesis (H1b,
H2a, H2b) are rejected there are the influence family
interfering with work (FIW) on job satisfaction, there is influence of work interfering
with the family (WIF) on turnover, and there is influence family interfering with
work (FIW) on turnover intentions.
